ENTRANCE/EXIT (SW 42nd Street/SW 157 Avenue)

• THE CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRANCE. The gates will be activated when card is placed over card reader.
• The gate arms have been programmed to open/close first follow by the opening/closing of the gate (simultaneously).
• One car at a time.

ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAILGATING ENTRY DAMAGE

• Pedestrian residents are required to carry an ID card, to be provided by the association, to access the community using pedestrian access door. 
• This ID card must be presented to the security guard for entrance into the community.
• Any resident wishing to give unlimited access of the community, to any particular family member, must register names with Property Manager.
• All work performed by independent vendors/contractors are subject to prior approval of the Architectural Committee and/or Association. 
• Proper documentation needs to be submitted to the Property Manager prior to beginning the project.
• No commercial vehicles and/or moving companies will be allowed after 7:00 PM, Monday thru Saturday, nor on Sundays unless it is an EMERGENCY.
• Any moving “in/out” must have prior authorization/approval by the association.
