• All residents must enter community by using resident lane ONLY. Visitors must enter community by using visitor/guest lane ONLY.
• Gates for resident’s main entrance only (SW 42nd Street) will be maintained open between the hours of 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday thru Sunday, with only security arms in full operation in order to allow better and faster entry to the community.
• The exit gate, at main entrance only (SW 42nd Street) will be open between 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, for the same purpose, Monday thru Sunday.
• The entrance to the community is limited to one vehicle at a time, with no tailgating permitted.
• Anyone choosing to tailgate or slide in behind another vehicle will be subject to damage caused by security arms and/or entry gate; repairs will be at owner’s expense.
• Residents to place entry card in card reader and proceed accordingly.
• All visitors/guests must register with the guard. If visitor/guest chooses to access your home via the tele-entry system, you may give them access by pressing “9″ on your telephone; gates will open accordingly. In the event there is a resident phone change, it will be resident’s responsibility to notify the Management Office for re-programming.
• The gate arms have been programmed to open/close first follow by the opening/closing of the gate (simultaneously).
• Systems, visitor/guest and resident, work independently from one another.
• The exit gate, at the main entrance (SW 42nd Street) gate arms will not come own until the gates are closing.
• Exit to be made one vehicle at a time.
• The gate entrance at SW 157 Ave. is only for residents. Will be open between 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday thru Sunday.
